Container Collection Reminders:
- All products that will be brought to our center need to be newly stamped with “NY 5 Cents.”
- We only accept beverage containers that are permanently and clearly marked or embossed with New York State deposit information. These details should be seen on a product’s neck label or front or back body label. For metal containers, such information should be at the top.
- We do not accept crushed cans or bottles.
- We do not accept metal containers that use detachable parts to open them unless these parts can decompose through biodegradation or photodegradation.
